ตั้งค่าเชื่อมต่อ Outlook MAPI ทำอย่างไร 0 0

Cloud Email Hosting เป็นการให้บริการ Mail Hosting ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง สามารถเชื่อมต่อเพื่อทำงานร่วมกับ Outlook ในส่วนของ Global Address Book , Sync Calendar,Task ได้ ซึ่งสามารถดำเนินการได้ดังนี้

1. ติดตั้งโปรแกรมเพื่อเชื่อมต่อ Outlook ในรูปแบบ MAPI โดย Download ที่
http://www.hostingrobotik.com/MESetup.exe

2. Install Program

3. จากนั้นไปที่ Outlook -> Tools -> Account Setting (Outlook 2010 ขึ้นไป ให้ไปที่ File -> Acccount-> Account Setting)

4. เพิ่ม Email Account ที่ต้องการจะเชื่อมต่อ Task,Calendar,File,Contact

• ไปที่ New
• เลือก Other และเลือก MailEnable Server
• กด Next

5. กำหนดข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

• Email Address : กำหนด Email Server เช่น mail.yourname.com หรือ หมายเลข IP Address
• Password : กำหนด password ของ Email Account
• Server Address : กำหนด Email Server เช่น mail.yourname.com หรือ หมายเลข IP Address เช่น mail.thaicloudmail.com หรือ 119.59.xx.xx
• Username : ใส่ Email Account ของเท่า
• Your name: ใส่ชื่อที่้ต้องการแสดง

6. จากนั้นปิด Outlook และ เปิดขึ้นมาใหม่

7. ทดสอบ Global Address โดยไปที่ Outlook -> Address Book

8. เลือกที่ Address Book ไปที่ MailEnable Address List ในช่อง Search เลือก Name ระบบจะไปดึง Global Address Book ที่สร้างไว้มา

9. ไปที่ Task เพื่อดูการเชื่อมโยง Task จาก Mail Server

10. ไปที่ Calendar เพื่อดูการเชื่อมโยง Calendar จาก Mail Server
